With over 25 years of experience in the Federal Market. He has held various Sales Executive and Business Development roles where he was successful in growing sales and revenues

within the DoD and Civilian Space. Over his career he has built key relationships and delivered solutions

for Higher Education, Civilian and DOD agencies Worldwide including NATO, US Air Force, US Army, and

the Joint Commands. Mr. Ottinger graduated from Westminster College with a degree in Political

Science and Business Administration. A native of St. Louis Missouri, he relocated to Northern Virginia

and continues to reside there with his family.
