Byron “Doc” Carroll lives in the North Myrtle Beach, SC area with his family at their 8 generation vineyard. He loves to make new friends and has a deep passion for service to our country. This passion led him to found Carroll Communications.

George Dallas Ph.D. is a native of Niantic, CT. He graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1992 with a Ph.D. in interdisciplinary material science and engineering (MESC).

With a bachelors of Fine Arts in Intelligence and National Security. She is also currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Information Assurance and Security at Strayer University. Jordan is originally from Ridgeway, South Carolina and now resides in Myrtle Beach.

Bob Sullivan, is a 35-year Navy veteran who served in both enlisted and officer ranks through a variety of operator, technician, manager, administrative, and executive leadership positions throughout his career.
Mr. Fletcher W. Ferguson, Jr.

Born 2 January 1952, he grew up and attended primary and secondary school in Abbeville, SC. Following graduation from high school, he entered The Citadel in Charleston, SC, graduating in 1974 and accepting a commission in the United States Marine Corps.

She has a background in insurance, office management and small business and handles CFO and back office responsibilities at Carroll Communications.
Mr. Tony Piacente
VP, Army and SOC
Mr. Tony Piacente AKA "The Machine" has over 30 years in BD/sales, and the last 20 years in Information Technology solutions, selling into the Federal Government.
Rick Ottinger
Director
Over his career he has built key relationships and delivered solutions for Higher Education, Civilian and DOD agencies Worldwide including NATO, US Air Force, US Army, and
the Joint Commands. Mr. Ottinger graduated from Westminster College with a degree in Political
Science and Business Administration.
Juan Gomez
Director
He specialized in weapons and night vision equipment research and development, most recently with the Joint Special Operations Command as a Senior Maintenance Supervisor managing over 5,000 weapons, sensitive items, special equipment and ammunition supplies. Proven record in Program, policy, and training development and implementation for specialized tactical training, firearms and related equipment, defensive measures, and counter controls. Highly fluent in Spanish.
